Concentration always throws light and gives one greater clarity. Even scientists know that they have to concentrate on a problem before they can solve it.
Most of the time, the solution to any problem a person is trying to solve is already within him. It is present in the subconscious level but the solution will not be evident unless his mind is in a focussed condition.
THE MOMENT THE MIND IS FOCUSSED, THE ANSWERS FALL INTO PLACE.
From my experience, many questions that I have focussed on have found their own answers. Somehow, somewhere, almost inevitably, the answers come.
Can there be a better time to live our biggest life than now?
Certainly not! Never!!
Too many human beings postpone living.
We say that we will live our best lives when we have more time or when we finish the pressing projects that are consuming us or when time is favorable to us.
We tell those around us that we will be more loving and passionate when things slow down.
We promise ourselves that we will get into world-class physical condition and eat healthier food when we have a little more time.
Yet, trust me, deep within, each one of us knows that there will never be a better time to live our biggest life than now.
AND IF NOT TODAY, THEN WHEN??
TRUE OR FALSE??
It is a known fact that every time you practice a weakness, you actually feed it. And the things you feed grow in your life.
Everytime you run away from your values, the Integrity Gap widens. Everytime you run from a fear, the fear expands. Everytime you mistreat another person, your capacity to mistreat becomes more pronounced and powerful.
We can only become excellent by doing excellent things over and over and over until they become a part of our wiring.
We become fearless by visiting the place that scares us. We become strong by living our strength, not our weakness.
Yes! you should,if you want to improve!!
The best company never feel they are truly successful. The brilliant one knows that they can always improve.Humility is part of their cultural DNA.
Likewise, same is true for human beings. The great ones are all about Never Stop Improving. They love to improve the way they think. The way they feel. The way they behave. The way they execute. The way they live. And the way they communicate.
You can integrate the following tool into your work and personal life today to improve your life day by day.
You must keep asking yourself throughout your day: “HOW CAN I MAKE THIS BETTER?”
Apply it to your work. Apply it to your relationship. Apply it to yourself.
Trust me my friends,” small daily improvements over a passage of time gives you stunning results”.
” As you grow more, you can see more.As you know more, you can achieve more.”
Autonomy, influence, and a sense of meaning are all associated with lower stress. If you need to find more joy, take on a new project that will improve your job, team or workplace.
While you may not have the same degree of freedom that an entrepreneur does, you can find ways to set the agenda and claim ownership of tasks and projects.
This ownership will likely improve your job satisfaction while adding an important accomplishment to your resume.
Crises and special events forces us to find out extra time in our day for crucial tasks. In an ordinary week, however, those hours are buried in unnecessary meetings, interruptions and inefficiency.
Don’t wait for the next emergency. I suggest two ways to regain wasted time.
- Analyze your calender: Look back at the last month. Which meetings were truly needed to advance your goals? Then look forward at the coming month and eliminate ones that you can bypass without any consequence.
- Ask for feedback: Our worst time-wasting activities are often invisible to us. Ask direct reports and peers to identify tasks that you could do less often or stop altogether.
You will accept that when you are particularly good at something, its so easy to rely on that strength. For example, if your forehand is your stronger strike, you will position yourself to use it much more often.
But turning weakness into strength will give you a competitive edge and make you a more effective leader. Focus energy on improving your weak points. Think about your last performance review or ask your peer what one capability you really need to succeed in the current environment.
Believe me! There is no better way to impress than to reveal a killer back-hand stroke when everyone is expecting your solid forehand.
Is it not your wise stretegy?
