One of the worst habit we can have is excusing our behavior with claims like, ” That’s just way I am!”

Please stop clinging to bad behaviors because you believe they are essential to who you are. Instead of insisting that you can’t change, think about how these behaviors may be impeding or obstructing the life and success of those around you. Is it not most undesirable?

Don’t think and be proud of these behaviors as your legacy or character traits, but as an opportunity and possibilities for improvement. you will be surprised how easily you can change when it helps you succeed.
