Touch can make you cry. A touch can give you HOPE! How do you comfort yourself when you are sad and in pain? For most of us, it is a hug. Touch is a primal instinct. Being hugged releases the “feel good”, harmons called oxytocin which induces feeling of trust and love. Hugging someone is a way of improving not just how you feel, but also how you behave. Hugging someone for just 30 seconds is even cool.
