One of the worst habit you can have is excusing your behavior with claims like, “That’s just the way I am! ”
Stop clinging to bad behaviors because you believe they are essential to what you are. Instead of insisting that you can’t change, think about how these bahaviors may be impeding or obstructing the life and success of those around you. Is is worth doing? Is it not most undesirable?
Don’t think and be proud of these behaviors as your Legacy or character traits, but as an opportunity and possibilities for improvement.
